Sourcewell (formerly NJPA) is a public service agency that offers contract purchasing solutions without having to duplicate the competitive process. Sourcewell provides its members with a legal pathway to receive design-build, turn-key construction services without having to go through the public bid process. In short, Sourcewell provides its members the following benefits:
